PRODUCTS

All physical products purchased in the online sewing shop, are packed and despatched via Royal Mail as soon as possible.  This can sometimes be on the same day, but some can take 3-5 days during busy times.  All virtual products are automatically emailed to you once the order is complete.  If you have problems downloading  the files, please email helen@allsewnupwales.co.uk

If you change your mind about a product, the order can be cancelled but you will not be refunded the PayPal fee incurred, which can be anything from 50p to £2 depending on the value of your order.  A full refund (minus the PayPal fee) can be made if the product is returned in a immaculate condition, so it can be resold.  Unfortunately, we do not cover return postage costs.

On rare occasions, parcels do get delayed and sometimes lost.  Once the parcel is handed to Royal Mail, we rely on their service to deliver your parcel safely and so have to abide by their rules when things get lost.  Please contact us and we will try our best to track the parcel and wait the allocated delivery time before offering a refund. This can take up to two weeks.  

 

COURSES

If you are unable to attend one week of an 8 week course, you will be able to work independently from the book at home. Helen will guide you through the chapter you need and can help as much as possible where needed if you get stuck. The course will set you up to use the book to create many more dresses in the future, so it will be your bible!  There may be opportunities to attend another session to catch up but this is not guaranteed.

Cancellation and refund policy: In you are unable to attend the full course, please contact us as soon as possible. We need 28 days notice to try and fill your space. Once it is filled, we can offer a transfer to the same course on an alternative date, providing there are places available or a course is planned. If there are no suitable future dates, we can provide a voucher to be used for a future course booking.  If your space cannot be filled, you can offer your place to a friend to attend on your behalf.  We would just need their details to replace yours.

Unfortunately due to the limited amount of courses available and the high demand, we cannot offer a full refund on cancellation.

Should we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation and rearrange a suitable date for all attendees. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
