Terms and Conditions

Where are workshops held?

Workshops are held in the Helen Rhiannon Design Studio.

The Fun Days held on Saturday’s are held in Upper Killay Community Council Recreational Hall.

If you have your own machine, bring it along with you as I can help with anything you are unsure of so you can conquer any machine mishaps! Alternatively, you can hire a machine for £3 a session.

How often are workshops run?

I regularly set new dates and put them onto the website but they are not always full, so if you can’t see a date that suits you, please let me know and I can reschedule a workshop and advertise that date.

I only need two to a workshop so if you would like to come with a friend just let me know and I can book a workshop with you both.

If you have an idea for a new workshop, just let me know and I’ll see what I can do to set one up.

What do I need to bring?

As mentioned, bring your own machine if possible. If you have your own scissors and equipment feel free to bring them along but I do have lots of equipment available to use in the studio.

You may want to bring your own fabric if it isn’t supplied already but you can also buy fabric from me during the workshop for as little as £5. I also have lots of quirky cotton prints available to buy at the monthly Fabric Shop if you would like to stock up!

How do I book a place?

You can book your place at each workshop on the Workshop Pages by using PayPal.  The deposits are non-refundable but if a workshop is postponed due to insufficient numbers or unexpected illness, your deposit will be happily carried forward.  If you are unwell and cannot attend a workshop you have booked, then please let me know within 24 hours of the workshop so I can try and fill your space and carry forward your deposit.  If you cancel with short notice, I’m afraid I am committed to run the workshop for the others attending and so, unfortunately, your deposit will be lost.

If you have any other questions, please just phone me on 07867 915993 or

I hope to see you at a workshop soon!
Helen
