Wellbeing Workshops

‘Wellbeing is high on the agenda these days which is brilliant and well needed.  After the last few years, we have all coped in our own way but crafting has proven to be an excellent way to destress, focus your mind and keep your hands busy.  Personally, I turn to crafting when I am stressed and need some time out but as with everyone else, a busy life means it’s hard to find that time for ‘you’.  Having a workshop booked, allows you to set that time aside to fully step away from life and indulge in some crafting.

My Wellbeing Packages are for all ages and abilities.  All of the kits I use are easy to do, have great instructions and are from UK craft businesses, including my own. You just need to choose what you would like to do and a suitable venue.

The Wellbeing Workshops are split into two packages.  A ‘Family and Friends package’ for up to 8 people, then a ‘Group package’ for 8+ for community groups, hen parties, birthday’s etc: –

Family & Friends Wellbeing Package £30 per person.
I will be your host to help you with your kits and to place your drink and cake orders.

How many: 4 – 8 people.
Duration of workshop: 2.5 hours.
When: 9:30am – 12noon. Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.

Choose from the following: –
Venue: Choose from a selection of local cafe’s to be your host, such as Bluebell, Dunvant Farm Shop and Wildflower in Swansea.  If you have somewhere in mind you would like to go, I can make enquiries.
Craft pack: Choose from a wide selection of embroidery, cross stitch, weaving, hoop art and hand sewing kits.
Food and drink: Coffee and cake is included. (A warm drink or soft drink of your choice.)

Group Package  – Price decided based on numbers, venue and refreshments required. Starts from £20 per person.
I will tailor a package to suit any group, whether it is for a birthday, hen do or a community group.  A mix of kits can be chosen to suit all ages and abilities.   I can work to a budget and arrange a suitable venue to accommodate up to 20/25 people. If you are a community group with access to funding, this package would be perfect for you.   I will be your host to help you with your kits, make teas and coffees.

How many: 9 – 25 people.
Duration of workshop: 2.5 – 3 hours.
When: Times can be chosen to suit each individual group.

Choose from the following: –
Venue: I can find a suitable venue unless you have somewhere in mind you would like to go. (Hall hire to be paid on booking.)
Craft pack: Choose from a wide selection of embroidery, cross stitch, weaving, hoop art and hand sewing kits.
Food and drink: Choose from light refreshments (tea, coffee and biscuits) or request a price for a light lunch or afternoon tea.
